How does the GitHub integration work?

Connect your GitHub account with OAuth, select a repository and branch, and we handle the rest. Every push to that branch triggers a fresh build and rolling deployment with zero downtime.

Are the servers really dedicated?

Yes. Every client gets their own Linode VPS — not a shared container or a slice of a multi-tenant cluster. You get the full allocated vCPU, RAM, and disk with no noisy neighbors.

What does the SLA cover?

The SLA covers first response time for support tickets. Starter plans get a 48-hour first response, Pro gets 24 hours, and Agency clients get a 4-hour first response. Critical severity tickets are escalated automatically.

How do I use my account credit at checkout?
