How does GitHub integration work?

Connect your GitHub account via OAuth in the portal. Select a repository and branch, and Cloud Craft installs a webhook that triggers a build and deployment on every push. No configuration files or CI scripts required — just push your code.

What server regions are available?

We deploy on Linode (Akamai Cloud) infrastructure across multiple regions including US-East (Newark), US-West (Fremont), EU-West (Frankfurt), and Asia-Pacific (Singapore). Your region preference is collected at account provisioning time.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your server remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which it is deprovisioned. We do not charge cancellation fees.

What is the support SLA?

Support SLAs are based on your plan tier. Starter plans receive a 48-hour first response. Pro plans get a 24-hour response. Agency plans get a 4-hour first response with escalation paths for critical issues. All plans include access to our community Discord.

What is CraftPanel and how do you use it?

CraftPanel is our self-hosted deployment platform, running on your dedicated server to orchestrate Docker containers, reverse proxies, and SSL certificates. It's the deployment engine behind Cloud Craft. You can manage everything from the Cloud Craft portal, or open CraftPanel directly for your own isolated environment.

What uptime can I expect?

Linode guarantees 99.99% network uptime on their infrastructure. Our platform targets 99.9% uptime for the management layer. Individual server uptime depends on your application, but we monitor all provisioned instances and alert you to any abnormal downtime.

Is my data backed up?

Accepted Answer

Linode provides optional block storage snapshots which we enable on Pro and Agency plans. Starter plans should treat storage as ephemeral and use external databases or object storage for critical data. We recommend storing persistent data in a managed database (e.g., PlanetScale, Supabase, or Neon).
