Support tickets fixed + plan prices now live everywhere

·Fixed a bug where opening a support ticket appeared to do nothing: the ticket saved fine, but the ticket page always showed 'Ticket not found'. Tickets now open and display correctly, and a new ticket shows up in your list immediately.
·Plan prices in the nav menu, your dashboard, and the billing page now read live from the plan catalog — so an admin price change (including a lower price) shows everywhere automatically, no more stale $9/$29/$79.
·Corrected leftover copy that described Mini as a shared server — every plan, Mini included, is a dedicated server.

Credit now applies to an existing customer's next invoice

·Referral and admin credit now works for everyone: new customers redeem it at checkout, and existing subscribers get it applied automatically to their next invoice (via Stripe account balance). Your balance page shows both.

Admin: permanently delete a client account

·Admins can delete a client account in one action from Manage client: it tears down every server (so billing stops), cancels their Stripe subscription, removes them from CraftControl, wipes their data, and deletes the user. Confirm-gated (type the email), audit-logged, and blocked for staff/admin/self.

Account credit + referral rewards (points, fixed)

·Points are now 'Credits', shown in dollars. Fixed a bug where every payment minted matching credit (100% cashback) — credit is now earned only through referrals and admin grants.
·Referral rewards: refer a friend and you both get $5 credit when they subscribe. Apply credit at checkout for a discount.
·Admins can adjust a client's credit in dollars and reset a balance (handy for cleaning up balances inflated by the old bug).

One-click plan pricing + promo codes, no Stripe dashboard

·Each plan now has a 'Create price' button that makes it billable in one click (fixes Mini checkout) — no env vars or pasted Stripe IDs. Every plan shows whether it's billable in the current Stripe mode.
·New Promo codes section on the Plans page: create and manage Stripe discount codes (e.g. a founding-member deal) — percent or dollar off, any duration, redemption limits — without opening the Stripe dashboard.

CraftControl diagnostics panel on Connections

·The admin Connections page now has a full CraftControl panel: a live Connected/Not-connected check with a re-check button, a per-customer troubleshoot lookup (see their team, panel URL, and status — never a token), and a recent broker-activity feed so a provisioning failure like a 502 is visible with a timestamp.

New plan pricing, a dedicated Mini server, and CraftGuard Pro

·Every plan is now a dedicated server, including Mini — which becomes your own 1 GB server (with full root access) instead of a shared slice. Updated pricing: Mini $15, Starter $39, Pro $99, Agency $199.
·Marketing pricing now reads live from the plan catalog, so admin price edits show on the site automatically.
·CraftGuard Pro (the Discord security bot) is $7/mo standalone — and included free with the Pro & Agency plans.
·Checkout now accepts promotion codes, so we can run beta / founding-member discounts.

Admin: resize & rebuild a client's server from the Manage panel

·Admins can resize a client's dedicated server to a new plan tier (which changes the plan & price) and rebuild/reimage a server — right from the Manage user panel, alongside the existing start/reboot/stop controls. Resizes and rebuilds are audit-logged.

Admin: securely 'log in as' a user to troubleshoot

·Admins can now open a user's portal as them from the Manage user panel — a time-limited, audit-logged session with an always-visible 'exit' banner. Handy for reproducing a client's issue without asking for their password. Admin accounts can't be impersonated.

Live Discord bot status on the admin Bot page

·The Bot page now shows whether the Discord bot is online — a live status derived from the bot's polling heartbeat (online if it has called our API in the last couple of minutes), with a last-seen time.

Servers admin: server-first layout with per-server controls

·The admin Servers tab now leads with the server list (Connection settings moved to the end).
·Clicking a server opens a detail view with its key facts, live stats, and power controls (boot, reboot, shutdown) — no more expanding rows in place.

Admin controls for the traffic rate limiter

·Added a Rate limiter page under admin Settings to tune the anti-abuse protection: the per-visitor request budget, the flood ceiling, the watch tier, and the escalating ban ladder — all editable and applied without a redeploy.
·The page shows a live 'active watches' list so admins can see which addresses are under pressure right now.
